                關于安世半導體公司(Nexperia)唐慶圓博士來校講學的通知


                應機電工程學院、廣西區電子封裝與組裝技術工程研究中心邀請,安世半導體公司封裝研究主任工程師唐慶圓博士將于2019年12月26日來校講學,歡迎全校老師踴躍參加。報告具體安排如下:

                題目:高分子復合材料及其在電子中的應用;工程微結構的細胞引導

                報告人簡介:

                唐慶圓博士,2011年畢業于香港城市大學電子工程系,在材料學及微加工研究方面共發表14篇SCI論文,研究成果曾獲得“IEEE杰出學生論文獎”。并于2012-2014年在香港城市大學生物系統,神經科學,和納米技術中心(Centre for Biosystems, Neuroscience, and Nanotechnology (CBNN)),進行博士后工作。唐慶圓博士在工業界有將近9年的從業經歷,在LCD顯示,LED封裝,無線模組制造,系統級模組封裝,功率半導體封裝及電子器件組裝新技術驗證等領域積累了大量經驗。現任職于安世半導體公司,擔任封裝研究主任工程師。

                內容簡介:

                Topic I: Polymer composites and their electronics application

                Abstract:

                Polymer composite materials are promising candidates in electronics. They can provide superior electronics, mechanics and optics performance compared to pristine polymers. In this talk, I will share some polymer composites studies from processing to fabrication and applications. Firstly, a polyimide/carbon nanotube composites will be introduced. Application examples of polymer composites for humidity sensors will be shared. Secondly, a soft radio frequency (RF) antenna fabricated by PDMS composites for pressure sensor will be presented. Last, but not least, a demonstrator of soft touch pad made by PDMS/carbon nanotube composites will be showed.

                Topic II: Cell guidance by engineered microstructures

                Abstract:

                Cell guidance is always attractive, it helps biologists understand disease like cancers and helps doctors generate cure methods. However, chemical-driven cell guidance has side-effect, such as killing some normal cells near the region. Thus, I studied engineered microstructures effect on cell migration, and it was proven that cells reacted to these microstructures, such as circles, bends, and gratings. Moreover, cell mobility, the speed of cell movement, was also changed by different structures. Therefore, we can engineer effective structures to control the movement of cells, which can be utilized as the design foundation for platforms that guide and sort cultured cells.
